PRE REGISTRATION ‘FAST PASS’ – If you pre register by August 24, 2026 your Show field credentials and information package will be mailed to you. All pre-registration packages will mail August 25. You will be able to get into the show field and by pass the need to stop to pick up your package. This will greatly expedite your arrival. 

 

 

RV CAMPING AVAILABLE AT THE RODEO CENTER:  $100

There is no electrical or water hook ups. Bronco roof campers are permitted. NO primitive Tent Camping.  Spots are limited. The cost for vehicle camping is $100 – regardless on how many nights you stay. Available camping is Tuesday Night thru Saturday night  – with a Sunday 1 P.M. check out deadline.

Quiet time starts at 10 P.M.  Please respect others.

 

 

BATTLE OF THE BRONCOS  –  $10 Entry Fee

Recognition and awards for All Generations

You do not have to stay with your Bronco.  Judges will come by and Judge.

Judging Hours: Saturday 10a.m. -1p.m.. (Must be parked by 11 am and leave Bronco until 1 PM to be judged). (MUST BE AN EVENT REGISTERED BRONCO TO SIGN UP.)

VENDORS AREA AND VISITORS PARKING GATE IS OPEN:

WEDNESDAY – SATURDAY  8-5 

BRONCO ACCESS GATE FOR REGISTERED BRONCOS WILL BE OPEN WEDNESDAY – FRIDAY  from 8 a.m. – and locked at 9 p.m.

PARKING IN THE SHOW FIELD  – When parking your Bronco in the show field –

please stay in marked rows. You can have space BEHIND your Bronco for a pop up tent.

WIND WIND WIND – If you set up a tent, Buena Vista has some stiff afternoon winds. Be sure to fasten your tent well as well as other small paper items. Please secure it or remove the canopy at night.

DO NOT REMOVE OTHER PEOPLES TENTS OR SPACE MARKINGS.

PART SALES ON SHOW FIELD  -Your welcome to sell products from your Bronco within  your space. If you need more space you will need to move to swap meet area.

NO TRUCKS  OR OTHER VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED ON SHOW FIELD TO DROP OFF PARTS  –  YOU MUST HAVE ALL THE PARTS TO SELL TRANSPORTED IN YOUR BRONCO

TRAILER PARKING – A courtesy Trailer Parking is available on site for those registered for the event. You can leave your Trailer in the designated lot. Please secure your trailer. Not responsible for trailers or vehicles.

FIRES: No Open Fires -Fires must be in a contained environment with an on/off switch.

TRASH – Help keep the grounds and area clean – Use the trash cans.

ALCOHOL – No alcohol is allowed on Buena Vista City Property. Keep in mind that alcohol has a more powerful effect 2 miles up in the air. Drink responsibly!

DOGS – Are welcome but there is a leash requirement and please pick up after your animal. There is a huge dog park out from of the Rodeo Center

CLUB SPECIAL PARKING – There will be special Club Parking areas set up. Visit their booths to see what special activities they have scheduled.
